School and work have kept me too busy to post for a while! I have finished one year of the MBA program so will try to catch up on class overviews while I’m technically on break before January’s classes begin.

The course goals:

  1. This course will help you understand concepts, processes, and frameworks related to financial decision making in publicly held corporations.
  2. Develop an understanding of the underpinnings of corporate finance theories and principles.
  3. Identify how corporate financial decisions are made.
  4. Apply the methods of obtaining capital to support financial decisions.
